私たちの仕事は「土」から始まります。約5,000平米の畑で楮を栽培し、 かつて暮らしの中にあった和紙とその文化を未来に残していきたいと考えています。 新しい試みを進める和紙の産地が増える中、私たちの和紙づくりは極めてシンプルに。 主原料は自分たちで栽培する楮（こうぞ）で、紙漉きに使用するのは古くから継承される２つの道具のみ。 昔からあるものを大切に守っていけば、未来もあり続ける。

大量生産・大量消費社会の中で、人の暮らしはどうあるべきなのか。 そんな答えのない問いに対峙しながら、日々ものづくりを続けています。

Our work begins with the soil. We grow kozo, or paper mulberry, on approximately 5,000 square metres of farmland, with the hope of preserving washi and the culture that was once part of everyday life for future generations. While many washi-producing regions are exploring new approaches, our own papermaking remains deliberately simple. We use kozo that we grow ourselves as our main material, and only two traditional tools that have been passed down through generations. We believe that by carefully preserving what has long existed, it can continue into the future.

In a society shaped by mass production and mass consumption, how should we live? We continue making things each day while confronting this question—one that has no simple answer.
